Receiving a Quote & Pre-Inspection Expectations
- We arrive and go through a pre-installation inspection. Assessing the work area needed to accomplish the repairs or installation. During this inspection of the space, we will determine the space needed in order to accomplish the task.
For instance, this could include:
- Determine if we need a crane for the job
- Where the crane needs to be set up
- Determine how to properly protect the crane, workers, and employees in the area
Completing a commercial repair or installation of a heating & air conditioning system takes intentional planning and execution to be done right the first time. We go through all the necessary planning and procedures to make sure your project is completed on time and done correctly.
Once a game plan is put in place after the pre-installation inspection, we will keep your point of contact updated so they know what to expect on the day of installation.

- We maintain a safe and clean work environment for your employees
- We minimize impact to your daily operations
- Payment will be made at the time of the completed repair
- You will receive a final paid invoice after the work is complete for your records.
- You will also receive information on our bi-annual maintenance program for your heating and air conditioning unit. Our maintenance plans allow our technicians to take care of your units effectively year-round with very little effort on your end.
